These terms govern your use of the ClearFace Rosacea mobile application operated by Cre8t ("we", "our", "us"). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using the app

ClearFace Rosacea is a tool for scanning skincare and food products, tracking skin condition, and managing personal trigger lists. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Not medical advice

ClearFace Rosacea is an informational tool, not a medical device. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Ingredient flags and trigger information are based on commonly reported rosacea triggers and may not apply to your individual situation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your skin care or health.

Product data accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product and ingredient information, but we do not guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Product formulations can change without notice. Always check the physical product label for the most up-to-date ingredient list.

Your content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the app, including diary entries, notes, and trigger lists. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure
• Create accounts using automated methods

Subscriptions and payments

Certain features of the app may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing details will be presented to you before purchase. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cre8t is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
